Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon About 6 ounces each.
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice Juice of 1 large lemon.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down.
  • Brush the Dijon sauce generously over each salmon fillet, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Once done, remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
  • For added flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the Dijon sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
