Main ingredients

  • 16 oz mini pretzels
  • 1 cup neutral oil such as canola or vegetable
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Seasoning In a Pickle Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper Optional

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, ranch mix, dill pickle seasoning, dried dill, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper if you’re using it.
  • Add the pretzels to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated. Keep stirring a little longer than you think you need to so the oil and seasonings really cling to the pretzels.
  • Spread the pretzels out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, giving them a good stir every 10 to 15 minutes, until the oil is absorbed and the pretzels feel dry to the touch.
  • Let them cool completely, then store in an airtight container.

Notes

These keep well in an airtight container for a week. Great for parties or lunchbox snacks!
