Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 18 Brownie bites store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cream cheese frosting homemade or store-bought
  • 18 Strawberries small, one per brownie bite
  • 18 Reese’s Puffs cereal one per bite for the nose

Instructions

Instructions

  • Start by making the brownie bites if you’re baking from scratch. You can also use pre-made ones to save time. Spray your pan with nonstick stuff before pouring batter.
  • Set up your pressure cooker. Place a trivet inside with a little water at the bottom for that steam build. Arrange your brownie batter or the pan with batter on the trivet.
  • Close up the lid and make sure the valve is sealed. Set the timer for about 15 minutes cooking under high pressure. The float valve will pop up when it’s reached pressure.
  • When timer’s up, wait for a natural release so the steam lets out slow and steady. Once the float valve drops, open the lid.
  • Take out the pan and let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack or plate. This is important so the frosting won’t melt when applied.
  • Pipe a small dollop of cream cheese frosting on each brownie bite. Gently press a strawberry, pointy side up, on top as the gnome’s hat. Add a Reese’s Puff just below the hat for the nose. Serve immediately or chill until ready.

Notes

Refrigerate brownie bites for at least one hour before serving. Serve the same day for best look, but can store refrigerated for 1-2 more days. Add cereal just before serving to keep it crunchy.
