  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 10.75-ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup coarsely crushed Ritz crackers
