Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to form a ball, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed. Pinch the seams to seal tightly.
Arrange the cheese-filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheese bomb.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish before serving.
