Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season sliced sirloin steak with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brown the steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then remove and set aside.
Sauté green peppers, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce until melted and combined.
Return steak to skillet and mix everything thoroughly with the veggies and sauce.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, and parmesan reggiano cheese.
Transfer skillet contents to greased casserole dish, pour the egg mixture over, then top with provolone cheese.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until set and golden on edges.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
