Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter.
Add in sugar and egg and mix until combined.
Add in flour and sprinkle baking powder, salt, and baking soda over it.
Use a rubber spatula to work in the flour mixture until a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips and frozen strawberries.
Using a mini cookie scoop, scoop out dough and place on prepared baking sheet.
Press extra pieces of frozen strawberries into the tops of the cookies for visual appeal.
Bake for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
I prefer using frozen strawberries in this recipe to help maintain the bright red color.
