  • 2 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream for creamy garlic sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • green onions sliced thin, for topping
  • boiled egg halves optional topping
  • corn kernels optional topping
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until mostly white and starting to brown.
  • Stir in sriracha, chili flakes, and soy sauce. Coat chicken well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to simmer. Add minced garlic and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add ramen noodles to the creamy broth and cook until tender per package directions.
  • Divide the creamy garlic broth in bowls. Top with spicy chicken and garnish with green onions.
  • Add optional toppings like boiled egg halves and corn kernels. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

Store broth and noodles separately for best texture in leftovers. Freeze components individually for easy future meals. Customize heat levels and toppings to your liking.
