In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to simmer. Add minced garlic and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer 5 minutes.
Add ramen noodles to the creamy broth and cook until tender per package directions.
Divide the creamy garlic broth in bowls. Top with spicy chicken and garnish with green onions.
Add optional toppings like boiled egg halves and corn kernels. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
