  • 4 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 cloves garlic minced fresh
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste adjust to taste
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 6 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oil vegetable or avocado
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions finely chopped

  • Season the chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 6–8 mins per side until golden and cooked. Set aside and slice.
  • Lower heat and sauté minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
  • Add chicken stock, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir and simmer.
  • Pour in heavy cream and simmer 5–7 minutes to thicken. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles per package, then drain and reserve.
  • Add cooked noodles to sauce and gently stir to coat.
  • Serve with sliced chicken, green onions, optional chili oil or sesame seeds.
  • Eat hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use full-fat coconut milk instead of cream. Always cook noodles separately to keep them perfect in texture. You can prep broth and chicken ahead — just cook fresh noodles before serving.
