Instructions
Set pressure cooker to medium heat and brown ground beef. Drain excess grease.
In a bowl, whisk together water and flour until smooth and lump-free.
Add browned beef back into the pot. Pour in condensed French onion soup and the water-flour mixture. Stir to combine.
Seal the cooker lid. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes, then use slow release.
Open lid and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on sauté if thicker consistency is desired.
Toast buns if desired. Serve beef mixture on buns and top with Colby cheese slices.
Notes
Optional toppings like mustard or pickles give extra flavor. Pre-browned ground beef can be frozen for faster prep later.
