Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound them to an even thickness (about ½ inch).
Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Next, dredge the chicken breasts in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing the coating firmly onto the chicken to ensure it adheres well.
Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. If desired, lightly spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray or drizzle a little olive oil for extra crispiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
