Grease your loaf pan or pressure cooker insert well so the meatloaf won’t stick.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk.
Mix gently until just combined, then place into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Brush the top with olive oil.
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes, then allow natural release for 10 minutes.
Quick release any remaining pressure, then let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Wrap leftovers tightly for refrigeration up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently to maintain tenderness.
