- 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure certified gluten-free.
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water 110°F.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 large eggs
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and eggs until well blended.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix using a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms.
Allow the dough to rest for about 10 minutes to rise slightly.
With wet hands, scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into rolls. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until slightly puffed up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Ensure that all your ingredients, especially the baking powder and flour, are certified gluten-free.
These rolls taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
You can add herbs or cheese for an extra flavor boost.
