Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure certified gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water 110°F.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and eggs until well blended.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix using a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms.
  • Allow the dough to rest for about 10 minutes to rise slightly.
  • With wet hands, scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into rolls. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until slightly puffed up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure that all your ingredients, especially the baking powder and flour, are certified gluten-free.
These rolls taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
You can add herbs or cheese for an extra flavor boost.
