Melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each to prevent burning.
Beat together the ricotta and sugar until smooth, light, and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each to avoid lumps.
Stir in the vanilla and salt, then fold in melted chocolate and almond flour just until combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the springform pan, smooth the top, and place in the pressure cooker.
Cook under pressure for 35 minutes with the sealing ring properly in place.
Allow natural release for about 10 minutes, then quick release to finish cooking.
Let the torta cool completely before removing the springform pan.
Optionally dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
