Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if you choose to bake the meatballs.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until just combined—do not over mix.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. If you prefer, you can also cook them in a skillet over medium heat.
Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven until cooked through and browned, or cook in the skillet until browned on all sides and cooked through.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and dill. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them hot alongside the tzatziki sauce for dipping.
If desired, you can serve the meatballs in pita bread with additional toppings like lettuce and tomatoes for a complete meal.
Leftover meatballs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
