  • 1 cup Boiling water to dissolve gelatin

  • Let the gelatin mix cool for 5 to 10 minutes to prevent premature setting.

  • Pour the mixture into a prepared pan or individual cups and smooth the surface.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store chilled for up to 5 days. Optionally top with berries or nuts for extra flavor. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
