  • 2 cans cut green beans 15 oz each, drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 can French fried onions 2.8 oz
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper freshly ground
  • garlic powder optional
  • soy sauce optional splash
  • sliced mushrooms optional handful

  • Check sealing ring on your pressure cooker is clean and in place.
  • In a bowl, mix drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until smooth.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
  • Pour mixture into pressure cooker pot. Close lid and set pressure valve to sealing.
  • Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes or quick release if preferred.
  • Open lid, add French fried onions on top, reseal cooker, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to crisp onions.

Notes

Don't skip draining the green beans well. For best results, crisp the onions at the end under pressure.
