Check sealing ring on your pressure cooker is clean and in place.
In a bowl, mix drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
Pour mixture into pressure cooker pot. Close lid and set pressure valve to sealing.
Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes or quick release if preferred.
Open lid, add French fried onions on top, reseal cooker, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to crisp onions.
Notes
Don't skip draining the green beans well. For best results, crisp the onions at the end under pressure.
