- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups chopped cabbage About 1 medium head of cabbage.
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce Optional.
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Optional.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent.
