Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened.
  • Stir in the beef broth, water, and diced tomatoes (with their juice). Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Add the egg noodles, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked al dente.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  • Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
