Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, and 1 teaspoon baking powder until a sticky dough forms.
Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough to your preferred shape and thickness.
Transfer dough to the lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove par-baked crust, then add sauce, cheese, vegetables, and herbs as desired.
Bake again for 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden.
Let pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a rustic crust, press dough by hand instead of rolling. Reheat leftover pizza in a skillet to retain crispy texture. Freeze unused dough for up to 1 month.
