  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juice Juice of 1 lime
  • a pinch salt

  • Wash the peaches, strawberries, and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the peaches into wedges and halve the strawberries. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, halved strawberries, and blueberries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
  • Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruit in the large bowl.
  • Gently toss the fruit and dressing together until all the pieces are evenly coated.
  • Fold in the chopped fresh basil leaves gently.
  • Transfer the fruit salad into a serving bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate for about 10 minutes to chill before serving.
