  • 1 box Brownie mix
  • 2 12 oz jars Hot fudge sauce 1 jar mixed in, 1 jar for topping
  • 3 Eggs large
  • cup Canola oil
  • Hot fudge sauce for final topping

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix with three large eggs and canola oil until smooth.
  • Pour one jar of hot fudge sauce into the batter and stir to combine.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
  • Warm the second jar of hot fudge until pourable, then drizzle over batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
  • Drizzle more hot fudge on top before serving for an extra fudgy finish.

Notes

To store, wrap tightly and refrigerate or freeze. Slice before freezing for easy thawing and reheating.
