Hot honey ranch sliders made in the pressure cooker with juicy chicken thighs, crispy bacon, melty mozzarella and a zesty homemade ranch. Ready in under an hour with explosive flavor in every bite!
Season the chicken thighs with Cowboy Butter or chicken seasoning and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook bacon slices until crispy, then chop.
Sear chicken thighs in chili oil and canola oil for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165-170°F).
Let chicken rest, then slice or shred to your preference.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chili crisp, honey, cilantro, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl to make hot honey ranch sauce.
Slice slider rolls in half. Layer cheese, chicken, bacon, drizzle of ranch, additional cheese, and bun tops in foil pan or skillet.
Bake sliders at 350-375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with dipping ranch.
Notes
Customize with extra spice by adding jalapeños, cayenne pepper or more chili oil. Serve hot for best flavor impact, and store leftovers tightly wrapped.
