  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on recommended.
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Optional for browning.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions For garnish, optional.

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

  • Garnish with chopped green onions if using, and serve hot with your choice of sides.
