Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir for about 5 minutes to combine the flavors and slightly cook the broccoli.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth until smooth and creamy. You can use a hand mixer or whisk by hand.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the skillet with the chicken and broccoli. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • If using, add the grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella layer for extra flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Just reheating it in the oven will keep it delicious.
You can substitute the broccoli with spinach or cauliflower for a different taste.
