Whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Add chicken breasts to marinade in resealable bag or dish, refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat pressure cooker.
Place chicken in cooker pot, seal lid, and cook on high pressure approximately 12 minutes.
Use natural or quick release based on time available.
Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
