If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, ensuring there is some space between each piece for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove skewers from grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
