  • 1.5 lb green beans fresh or frozen, steamed
  • 1 cup french fried onions divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon divided
  • 0.5 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayo
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Steam your green beans until just tender. Fresh or frozen both work great.
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayo, and softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Stir in salt and garlic powder.
  • Fold in steamed green beans, ½ cup cheddar, ½ cup bacon, and ½ cup french fried onions. Toss gently to coat.
  • Spray pressure cooker insert with oil and transfer the green bean mixture into it. Spread evenly.
  • Seal lid, set to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure, open lid, and top with remaining cheese, bacon, and onions.
  • Broil for a few minutes until topping is golden and crispy. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be made ahead without toppings and stored in fridge. Great paired with roast chicken or salad.
