  • ½ pound bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons no sugar added ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill

  • Crisp up the bacon in a pressure cooker or skillet. Remove and chop after draining on paper towels.
  • Leave about a tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan. Add ground beef and onion; sauté until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain grease.
  • Stir in minced garlic for one minute until fragrant.
  • Add cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Remove from heat and fold in chopped bacon pieces.
  • Spread beef mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, hot sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over beef in the dish.
  • Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cook in pressure cooker or bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until set and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before sprinkling with dill and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days in the fridge. Reheat with a damp paper towel in microwave. Freeze in portions if needed.
