- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets About 150 grams.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese About 120 grams.
- ½ cup almond flour About 50 grams.
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
