Grease a loaf pan and shape the meat mixture into a compact loaf.
Spread a thin layer of BBQ or tomato sauce on top for a glossy finish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the meatloaf reaches 160°F internally.
Sprinkle frozen peas over the top and bake 5 more minutes.
Boil potatoes in pressure cooker until tender, then mash with cream, butter, and cheese. Serve hot with meatloaf.
