Prepare your workspace by covering the baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Melt the yellow chocolate candy melts in the chocolate melting pot or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and fully melted.
Carefully pour the melted yellow chocolate into the egg-shaped silicone mold, ensuring it coats all sides evenly. Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Once the yellow chocolate has set, carefully remove the yellow egg shapes from the mold and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate candy melts in the same way and use it to fill the top half of the yellow eggs, creating a filling that resembles Minions' bodies. Allow it to cool slightly.
Attach a mini marshmallow to create the Minion mouth using a toothpick. Place two candy eyes on top of the white chocolate while it’s still soft so they stick properly.
For the Minion overalls, melt the blue candy melts and carefully dunk the bottom half of the yellow eggs into the melted blue chocolate, letting it drip off slightly.
Once dipped, place the blue-bottomed Minion eggs back on the parchment paper to set for another 15 minutes.
Finally, melt the black chocolate candy melts and use a piping bag or a small sandwich bag with a corner cut off to pipe on the details of the Minion’s eyes and mouth.
