Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix pancake mix with water until just combined.
Stir in cooked bacon, browned sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup until evenly incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the greased dish and spread evenly.
Drizzle melted butter over top of the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
Any brand of just-add-water pancake mix will work. Make ahead and reheat in microwave or oven for easy breakfasts all week.
