- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
