  • 1 can Refrigerated pecan rolls with icing Choose a high-quality brand
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoon Florida orange juice Fresh or store-bought
  • ½ teaspoon Orange zest Adds brightness to glaze
  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar Sweetens the glaze
  • Non-stick cooking spray Prevents sticking in waffle iron

  • Preheat waffle iron and spray generously with non-stick spray.
  • Separate pecan rolls and press into waffle iron sections. Cook 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, orange juice, zest, and powdered sugar until smooth to make glaze.
  • Place waffles in pressure cooker on rack. Seal and cook to warm. Let release naturally, then glaze and serve.

Notes

Make the glaze ahead and refrigerate, or shortcut with pre-made cream cheese frosting mixed with orange juice and zest. To save time in the morning, prep rolls and the iron the night before.
