  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 300 ml Canada or 14 oz US
  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups Dried coconut fine or medium cut, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups Chocolate chips
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Add dried coconut and graham cracker crumbs. Stir gently until mixture becomes a thick, crumbly dough.
  • Fold in chocolate chips gently to evenly distribute without melting.
  • Using a tablespoon scoop, portion dough and roll between your palms to form balls.
  • Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat the outside.
  • Place balls on parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

For best results, chill before serving. Store in the fridge in an airtight container lined with parchment paper. Freeze for longer storage and thaw before enjoying. Optionally swap chocolate chips with chopped nuts or dried fruit.
