  • 1 box Brownie mix homemade or store bought
  • 2 16 oz Large strawberries firm and fresh for skewering
  • 1 bag Marshmallows normal size
  • 0.25 cup Chocolate chips for drizzle
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Oil canola or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Wooden skewers for building kabobs

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan to prevent brownies from sticking.
  • In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Stir until blended; avoid overmixing.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to test doneness.
  • Let brownies cool completely before assembling kabobs.
  • Wash and stem the strawberries. Layer brownie squares, marshmallows, and strawberries on wooden skewers.
  • Place finished kabobs on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Transfer melted chocolate into plastic bag, snip corner, and drizzle over kabobs.
  • Refrigerate kabobs to allow chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Make brownies ahead to save time. Assemble and drizzle when ready to serve. Best enjoyed the same day, but can be stored in airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
