Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan to prevent brownies from sticking.
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Stir until blended; avoid overmixing.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to test doneness.
Let brownies cool completely before assembling kabobs.
Wash and stem the strawberries. Layer brownie squares, marshmallows, and strawberries on wooden skewers.
Place finished kabobs on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
Transfer melted chocolate into plastic bag, snip corner, and drizzle over kabobs.
