  • 1 Shallow bowl for cinnamon sugar mix
  • 1 Spoon or hands for filling and sealing

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Country biscuits 10 pieces per can or 1 can Grands
  • 1 cup Apple pie filling roughly chopped
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 0.75 cup Sugar granulated
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  • Flatten each biscuit on your counter for easier filling and sealing.
  • Place a spoonful of chopped apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
  • Pinch edges to seal and roll into a ball.
  • Place seam-side down in air fryer basket without touching.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl while pie bombs cook.
  • Dip hot bombs in melted butter, roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in air fryer for best crisp.
