  • several small bowls for dips and spreads
  • several serving utensils

Ingredients

  • 200 g assorted cheeses e.g., sharp cheddar, brie, and gouda
  • 100 g sliced pumpkin offering pumpkin-spiced cheese or a small pumpkin wheel
  • 150 g cured meats e.g., prosciutto, salami
  • 1 small pumpkin for decoration and aesthetic appeal

  • 2 medium apples sliced
  • 100 g honey or maple syrup for drizzling
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by selecting a large wooden or ceramic board. Decide on the layout of your charcuterie board based on available space.
  • Cut the cheeses into various shapes and sizes, and arrange them around the board. Include the sliced pumpkin offering, if using.
  • Roll or fold the cured meats and place them in sections on the board.
  • Fill small bowls with honey or maple syrup, and nestle them on the board.
  • Arrange the sliced apples, dried fruits, and assorted nuts amongst the cheese and meats to create an inviting display.
  • For presentation, cut the top off the small pumpkin and scoop out the insides. Place it in the center of the board as a decorative element or utilize it for serving a dip.
