Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are combined evenly.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into 16 meatballs, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil to help them brown.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve these meatballs with a side of tzatziki sauce for a refreshing dip.
