Grab a medium saucepan and combine chopped pineapple, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar over medium heat. Stir frequently.
Stir in garlic, jalapeños, soy sauce, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Let the sauce meld slowly as it thickens.
Cook uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Blend with immersion or regular blender for smooth texture as desired, or leave chunky for texture.
Store in a sterilized jar in the fridge. Lasts 2 weeks.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Freeze in ice cube trays for quick bursts of flavor.
