  • 2 packages Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 16 oz Breakfast Sausage Jimmy Dean or similar
  • 1 Medium Onion diced
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook sausage and diced onion in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, onion, cream cheese, and garlic powder until blended.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half.
  • Scoop sausage mixture onto each dough piece. Roll into balls and pinch edges to seal.
  • Place sausage balls seam-side down on prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. You can also freeze pre-baked or unbaked balls for easy snacking later. Reheat in microwave or 350°F oven.
