Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through and crumbly.
Drain the fat from the beef and transfer to the slow cooker.
Add cheese, pickles, onions, Thousand Island dressing, and cream cheese to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–1.5 hours, until hot and bubbly.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated. Add milk or broth if dip becomes too thick. Freeze for long-term storage.
