In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In another bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
Once the yeast mixture is frothy, add the melted butter and eggs. Mix well until combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
If using a stand mixer, attach the dough hook and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. If kneading by hand, turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
After the dough has risen, punch it down gently and turn it out onto a floured surface. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
Place the dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each. Cover with the kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
For extra flavor, brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter immediately after baking.
