Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Mix until well combined.
Form the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, bring water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream until smooth.
Add the cooked egg noodles and meatballs to the sauce mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
