Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion Diced.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder Adjust to taste.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the diced onions to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions become translucent.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, continuing to sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Season the chopped chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and no longer pink.
  • Stir in the ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix well to ensure the chicken is well-coated with the spices.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine all ingredients. Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Add the lime juice and stir again. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

Serve this dish over cooked rice or with warm naan for a complete meal.
