Stir in the ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix well to ensure the chicken is well-coated with the spices.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine all ingredients. Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add the lime juice and stir again. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
