Check your pressure cooker sealing ring to ensure it's properly in place and ready.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until fully smooth.
Stir in the refried beans, chopped green chiles, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
Spread mixture into a 9x13-inch pressure cooker-safe baking dish and smooth the top.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top evenly.
Place baking dish into pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow natural release after cooking is finished to settle dip gradually.
Use quick release after pressure drops fully and remove lid. Let dip cool slightly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips. Garnish with jalapenos and cilantro if desired.
Notes
This dip is naturally gluten free. Pre-soften cheese for easier mixing. Use sturdy tortilla chips to scoop.
