  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 16 ounce cans Refried beans
  • 1 4.5 ounce can Chopped green chiles
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese divided
  • Tortilla chips for serving
  • Jalapeno slices and fresh chopped cilantro optional garnish

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add refried beans, chopped green chiles, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish evenly.
  • Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  • Optional: Garnish with jalapeno slices and chopped cilantro.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes
