Soften cream cheese in microwave and mix with sour cream until smooth.
Add refried beans, green chiles, and taco seasoning. Stir to combine into thick paste.
Stir in 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese and mix until evenly combined.
Spoon mixture into pressure cooker insert or dish that fits inside cooker.
Top with remaining 2 cups shredded cheese evenly.
Seal lid, check sealing ring, and set pressure cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow natural release or quick release after few minutes. Open lid carefully.
Garnish with jalapeno slices and chopped cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 4-5 days. Add a splash of broth when reheating if needed. Freezes well for longer storage.
