  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese over the top to cover.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Reduce fat by using low-fat cream cheese, sour cream, and refried beans. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
