Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese over the top to cover.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Reduce fat by using low-fat cream cheese, sour cream, and refried beans. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
